Duty
The office handles accounting, statistics, and budgeting affairs at the university. From the founding of the university to its end in 1999, the office was a public budgetary-type office. In 2000, the office began to operate as a non-profit foundation in its handling of the university’s fund. The original concept of the office was in the disclosure of services and funds in support of education and research. Later, following changes and improvements, the office reduced administrative procedures to enhance work efficiency and the development path of the university affairs fund. It has promoted the digitization of accounting affairs, established efficiency indices in an effort to reduce costs at the university, and raised the effectiveness of university fund use.
